The Polar Bear Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Delaware has become one of the First State’s coldest, but most popular traditions.
This year, there are two great options to plunge.
You can plunge in person in Rehoboth Beach on Sunday, February 2nd, or you can create your own unique plunge, virtually, whenever, wherever and however cold, or not, you want it to be.
It's not important how you Plunge. It's important that you Plunge and why you plunge – to support thousands Special Olympics Delaware athletes.
